With a vast and diverse background spanning over 25 years in the manufacturing industry, Sheldon brings a wealth of experience to the table. Throughout his career, he has worked in various sectors such as the military, semiconductor, consumer appliances, large electrical switchgear, and generator enclosures. In each of these industries, Sheldon has held leadership positions across all functional departments and has even served as a quality executive in a Fortune 500 company.

Sheldon’s expertise extends beyond his extensive professional experience. He is a certified Lead Auditor for several standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and IATF 16949:2016. Additionally, he holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida. Sheldon’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and his role as a manufacturing consultant for the University of Tennessee.

While Sheldon’s professional achievements are impressive, he also has a passion for sports. He enjoys watching college football and Formula 1 racing. Additionally, Sheldon is a military veteran, having served in the US Air Force for 12 years flying KC-135 air refueling airplanes. He proudly served during the First Gulf War. Currently, Sheldon resides in Chattanooga, TN, where he continues to contribute his expertise and leadership to the manufacturing industry.
