Since 2009, KOAP has been helping Leaders grow, be happier and become more impactful with their teams and colleagues.
KOAP training typically focuses on “soft skills” (now called Power Skills) which differ from the hard skills training we see in many in-house programs. One way to think about it is that hard skills are usually job-related and/or technical abilities that better enable your team to complete the work. This can include product training and systems training. Soft skills are more focused on personality traits and how they impact your team’s work and collaboration. Some examples of what we teach are:
Personal Brand
Emotional Triggers
Resiliency
Difficult Conversations
High Performing Teams
Conflict Management
Verbal and Written Communication
