Summary: This project includes investigating and identifying areas for improvement for our online platform. The person quoting on this project should have experience in online platforms where services are made available for registered users and clients can post projects.  

Objective: To enhance the effectiveness of our online platform by conducting a comprehensive audit and implementing strategic revisions to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall user experience.

Phase 1: Discovery and Initial Audit

• Goal: Understand current platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Tasks:
  • Stakeholder interviews to gather insights on perceived issues and goals.
  • Technical website audit, including performance, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Usability testing to identify user experience issues and bottlenecks.
